Dairy-Free Breakfast

Being Dairy-Free is not so bad...it's really pushed me to eat a lot healthier & to get back into eating more on the vegetarian/vegan side of things...

I don't like labels so I say I am a healthitarian & this is what I had for breakfast:

Fresh Pain de Campagne Bread from Whole Foods
Two Over-Hard Eggs
Caramelized Onions
Organic Arugala
Local Tomatoes
Baby Food Mayo, haha (leftover pureed avocados & peas mixed with mayo)
